Job summary

Conn Selmer, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control and Logistics Specialist to manage inventory accuracy and lead domestic and international shipment support.

You will monitor ERP transactions, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions in collaboration with Supply Chain and Logistics teams. The role emphasizes strong analytics, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement of inventory processes within a fast-paced musical instrument manufacturing

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in supply chain related field.
• Five+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics and/or inventory-control experience.
• Hands-on experience with inventory accuracy, transaction monitoring, cycle counting and reconciliations.
• Experience with domestic shipping and international/export shipments is preferred.
• ERP/WMS experience required; D365 experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key inventory and warehouse transactions in D365/ERP and identify errors and unusual activity.
• Own and maintain inventory exception reporting; investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
• Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventories to keep physical and system inventory aligned.
• Support domestic shipment execution and problem resolution; collaborate with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain inventory-control KPIs and reporting and provide timely visibility of performance.
