The role coordinates the S&OP cycle, aligns demand and supply plans, and optimizes inventory to meet customer service and cost objectives at the EDC for Imported Instruments and Kitting cell. The position requires strong data accuracy, MES/ERP/MRP collaboration, and production planning oversight.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a four-year degree in supply chain, operations, IT, or business.
• Knowledge of MES systems and ERP/MRP concepts is required.
• Familiarity with Bills of Materials, MRP, and planning in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Infor, and AS400 is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel formulas, and Power BI is beneficial.
• Lean and Six Sigma exposure is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and release work orders and purchase orders based on MRP and Master Production Schedule.
• Support Production Scheduling through MRP systems, Shop Floor Control, and visual tools.
• Coordinate with Sales to align export product deliveries with customer timelines.
• Analyze forecast vs. actual demand and identify trends and changes.
• Serve as D365 ERP liaison during implementation and ongoing use.
• Monitor S&OP plan accuracy and improve data collection systems.
• Oversee capacity planning to ensure production can meet forecasts.
• Communicate production changes and status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with data analysis for materials, operations, and engineering teams.
