Job summary

Walmart seeks a Sr. Manager of Technology Operations, Cross-Border Fulfillment & Inventory Strategy to lead end-to-end inventory placement, replenishment, and network optimization across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• Option 2: 7 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.2 years' supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree in related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. We value accessibility knowledge and WCAG 2.2 AA standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end inventory flow strategy and methodology across Walmart's network to improve cross-border delivery speed, availability, and economics.
• Define decision frameworks and business logic for inventory positioning, replenishment, and quantity.
• Develop scalable inventory placement and replenishment strategies leveraging the broader fulfillment network.
• Translate growth plans and demand into inventory, fulfillment, capacity, and network requirements for planning cycles.
• Partner with Data Science to develop predictive and optimization capabilities for cross-border demand and allocation.
• Define requirements and success metrics for models connecting demand with inventory and fulfillment decisions.
• Establish governance for enterprise inventory flow strategy and cross-border capability scaling.
• Lead strategy and execution for cross-border inventory allocation and fulfillment pilots across markets.
