Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Operations focused on Cross-Border Inventory & Network Strategy in Bentonville, AR. Lead the strategy for intelligent inventory allocation across Walmart's global fulfillment network to accelerate cross-border growth and optimize service levels.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Supply Chain teams to translate demand into inventory and fulfillment actions, working across Canada, Mexico, and future markets.

Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end inventory flow strategy across Walmart's network to achieve cross-border delivery speed and availability.
• Define decision frameworks and business logic for inventory positioning, replenishment, and quantity.
