Qualifications

• 5–7 years of allocation experience in apparel retail.
• Ability to lead across regions and time zones.
• Strong command of allocation, replenishment, and inventory flow.
• Analytical judgment to diagnose performance and prioritize decisions.
• Experience with planning or inventory systems; RELEX knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate plans into location- and channel-level deployment plans with guardrails.
• Monitor availability and inventory metrics to surface risks and rebalance stock.
