Monster Energy seeks an experienced Director, Inventory Control to lead enterprise inventory control across manufacturing facilities, co-packers, warehouses, 3PLs, and distribution centers. You will own inventory-related financial controls, close processes, and drive working capital performance while building scalable processes and a high-accountability culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to supply chain, business, finance or operations; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in progressive inventory control, supply chain or manufacturing finance leadership in food & beverage/CPG with multi-site operations.
• Experience with ERP/WMS transformations, SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• 7+ years leading multi-site teams with budget/P&L accountability.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA, WMS, SAP IBP, Power BI and advanced analytics.

Mansioni

• Set and govern the 2–3 year inventory control strategy across manufacturing, co-packers, warehouses, 3PLs, and distribution centers.
• Own SOX key controls and lead book-to-physical reconciliation and month-end close activities.
• Define and monitor inventory KPIs: accuracy, cycle-counts, shrink, and obsolescence.
• Lead internal/external audit for inventory and partner with finance on variances and reserves.
• Drive working capital improvements and inventory health with Planning/S&OP, Finance and Manufacturing.
