Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Intranet Senior Manager to lead enterprise employee communications for Home, the company’s global intranet. This hybrid role is based in New Brunswick, New Jersey and partners with product, platform and functional communicators to ensure a clear content model and governance framework.

You will drive standards, audience-focused experiences, and content quality across enterprise moments, with oversight of editorial coordination and targeted publishing support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in employee or corporate communications, including work with an enterprise or global intranet.
• Experience in governance, information architecture, taxonomy, audience experience, and digital publishing.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into Home’s information architecture, taxonomy, content model and audience experience.
• Lead governance, content quality standards, tagging, accessibility, findability, archiving and ownership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize improvements and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Define metrics for content performance and drive continuous improvement.
