Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Recruiting Coordination professional on a 12-month fixed term contract to help manage the interview process across regions and roles. You will schedule high-volume interviews globally, partner with recruiters, and ensure a welcoming onsite candidate experience.

You will work with cross-functional partners, handle sensitive information with discretion, and prioritize multiple stakeholders to keep hiring on track in a fast-paced environment.

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders and tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high-volume interviews globally, including senior and executive searches in partnership with Leadership Recruiting as needed
• Partner with recruiters and interviewers to deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Solve problems and adapt quickly as priorities change, while handling sensitive information with discretion
• Work closely with other coordinators and cross-functional partners to support hiring
• Own the onsite candidate experience, acting as their primary host in the office to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience
