The role partners across Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and local teams to build a high‑quality intern experience and strengthen Acuity’s early‑career pipeline. The position prioritizes program ownership, consistent manager expectations, and measurable outcomes to support future workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in early careers, university recruiting, HR program management or similar.
• Experience supporting internships, co-ops, rotational programs or campus recruiting preferred.
• Strong program management skills with timelines, stakeholders, and multi‑workstream delivery.
• Ability to scale standards globally while adapting to local needs (legal, cultural, academic).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across HR, Talent Acquisition and business leads.
• Comfort using data, dashboards, surveys, and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building scalable talent programs and manager enablement.
• Passion for creating growth-focused employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve a scalable global internship framework.
• Partner with directors, HR, TA, and business leaders to align standards with local needs.
• Manage the internship lifecycle from demand planning to post‑program analysis.
• Create materials, templates, communications, and evaluation tools for consistency.
• Design internship touchpoints to build relationships and connect work to strategy.
• Enable managers with goals, feedback, and performance linkage to outcomes.
• Collaborate on university engagement, campus programs, and employer branding.
• Own intern conversion strategy and transitions into full‑time or rotations.
• Track metrics and translate results into dashboards and workforce planning insights.
• Monitor trends to strengthen relevance, scalability, and impact.
