Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager within the AUTA-X team to design and deliver specialized programming for intern cohorts across global tracks. You will oversee intern experiences, scale events, and partner with AWS teams to drive technical skills initiatives.

The role emphasizes managing multiple projects across time zones, with a focus on data-driven improvements, operational excellence, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of driving process improvements.
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Single-thread intern experience oversight for one or more global specialized programming tracks.
• Design and scale tailored programming, events and operational excellence mechanisms to enable intern experience, manager experience and conversion goals.
• Partnership with a other Program Managers to force multiple specialized programming innovations.
• Work closely with key partners including AWS Tech U, AWS Skills Center and line of business leaders to deliver best in class technical skills programming.
• Design, deliver and support live events as part of AUTAX’s global calendar of events.
• Lead escalation deep dives through to resolution for specialized intern, manager and mentor populations.
• Monitor performance metrics and survey responses, report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables and own path to green resolution.
• Provide customer and programming insights for regular rhythm of business mechanisms including but not limited to 2x2’s, QBRs and lesson learn documents.
