Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a Global International Planner in Cleveland to coordinate international flight planning for the U.S. fleet. You will handle permits, slots, PPRs, visas, fuel, ground services, and crew travel while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely, accurate flight information.

The role demands strong communication, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work across internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in international aviation operations and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of FAR Part 91, 135, and/or 121 operational requirements.
• Ability to manage fast-paced, team-oriented environments with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of international flight planning and logistics.
• Plan, file, and update international flight plans per ICAO regulations.
• Deliver trip briefings and ensure crew/ passengers meet entry requirements.
• Coordinate permits, slots, fuel releases, ground handling, and visas as needed.
• Monitor weather and global events affecting operations and communicate changes.
