Job summary

Flexjet in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Domestic Flight Planner to ensure the safe, legal, and efficient coordination of all domestic flights. You will prepare and file flight plans, monitor weather and operations, and maintain regulatory and procedural compliance.

Experience with dispatch procedures and FAA regulations is preferred. The role requires strong decision-making, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, service, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation or a related field or equivalent experience.
• FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate (Part 65) preferred.
• Strong understanding of aviation operations, flight planning, weather analysis, ATC flow and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file domestic flight plans in compliance with regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate all Flexjet domestic flights to ensure safe, efficient, and legal operations.
• Monitor weather and operational factors impacting flight schedules.
• Provide trip briefings and required documentation to flight crews and external partners.
• Manage airport slot reservations and prior-permission (PPR) applications.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and quality standards.
• Identify and report potential compliance or safety issues.
• Support resolution of flight or service deviations.
• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
