Job summary

Flexjet is seeking an International Flight Planner in Cleveland to support the International Trip Planning (ITP) team. The role focuses on same-day and next-day international flights, filing lawful flight plans, coordinating with foreign agencies, and arranging US customs clearances.

You will use aviation planning tools and MS Office to manage complex itineraries, update authorities, and ensure compliant, timely operations while communicating with crews, vendors, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school is preferred.
• 1-3 years of related experience in aviation/logistics or equivalent.
• Flight training/dispatch license is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• File legal flight plans and prepare international paperwork.
• Coordinate with foreign handling agencies and US customs.
• Oversee same-day and next-day international flights.
• Manage customs clearances, permits, slot reservations, and handling requests.
• Distribute international paperwork packets to flight crews.
