Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in corporate communications, ideally global, B2B, manufacturing or automotive.
• Translate complex topics into clear, audience-focused messaging.
• Experience supporting leadership communications, employee engagement, and storytelling.
• Able to handle change periods and manage sensitive information with sound judgement.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across geographies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of communications plans sharing priorities, initiatives, and innovation story.
• Translate priorities into clear, practical comms for employees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with corporate communications, leadership, HR, sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams for messaging.
• Develop and execute internal comms plans supporting priorities and activities.
• Create internal communications that foster understanding, alignment, and engagement across global teams.
• Manage development of communications assets: written content, presentations, videos, and materials.
• Partner with corporate communications to support external messaging for updates and issues.
