Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting with 12-15 hours of accounting coursework and a minimum GPA of 2.8
• 6-9 years of relevant audit experience or at least 1 year as Assistant Project Manager
• CIA, CISA, or CPA certification preferred; progress toward a second cert or graduate degree
• Ability to lead multiple teams and manage competing priorities
• Travel approximately 30% globally

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute risk-based audit engagements across ADM entities.
• Lead and manage audit teams on multiple assignments.
• Review, assess, and document audit work focused on key business risks and controls.
• Train, coach, and develop less experienced audit professionals.
• Prepare project evaluations and performance feedback for team members.
• Ensure communication and documentation of procedural updates and guidance.
• Partner with management to deliver timely audit reports and recommendations
