Job summary

ADM seeks an Internal Audit Project Manager to oversee risk-based audits across worldwide ADM entities, including leadership of audit teams and cross-functional collaboration with management and the Board.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities, with travel up to 30% globally. Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 6–9 years of audit experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy or related field with 12-15 hours of accounting coursework; minimum GPA 2.8.
• Assistant Project Manager experience or 6-9 years of relevant audit experience.
• Advanced audit leadership experience; experience in agriculture/commodity trading; CIA/CISA/CPA preferred; second cert/grad degree underway.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Willingness to travel ~30% globally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute risk-based audit engagements across ADM entities.
• Lead and manage audit teams on multiple assignments.
• Review, assess, and document audit work focused on key business risks and controls.
• Train, coach, and develop less experienced audit professionals.
• Prepare project evaluations and performance feedback for team members.
• Ensure communication and documentation of procedural updates and guidance.
• Partner with management to deliver timely audit reports and recommendations.
