Job summary

Penske, based in Reading, PA, seeks a Director of Audit Services to lead the global internal audit function, assuring effective controls, risk management and governance across the Americas and Genpact centers in India and Mexico. You will guide SOX programs, coordinate with external auditors, and support SOC examinations in a high-profile, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, public accounting, or risk management.
• 10+ years leading audit teams and managing global/distributed teams.
• Experience in Fortune-500/public companies and with SOX, SOC audits, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the annual internal audit plan and resources.
• Provide advisory on control frameworks during system implementations and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee multi-engagement risk and issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Lead audits across financial, operational, IT, and regulatory domains including SOX.
• Translate findings into exec-ready reports and risk-based recommendations.
• Uphold IIA standards and quality reviews across audit documentation.
