Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in Reading, PA, seeks a Director of Audit Services to lead the global internal audit function across North and South America and Genpact centers in India and Mexico. You will ensure a risk-based program, SOX compliance, and coordination with external auditors.

You will partner with finance, IT, and operations leaders to strengthen controls, provide strategic insights, and deliver independent assurance to the CAE and Audit Committee.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global internal audit program across North/South America and Genpact centers.
• Oversee SOX compliance and coordination with external auditors.
• Provide executive-level reporting and strategic risk insights to the CAE and Audit Committee.
• Develop and mentor audit teams across multinational operations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
