Travel roughly 25% to supplier sites, collaborate with engineering and operations teams, and develop supplier strategies that support new product introductions and long-term commodity plans.

Qualifications

• 6+ years developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• Experience shaping sourcing strategies influencing leadership decisions.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and coordinating releases.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; 6+ years in supply chain and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical SME for sensor technologies, pneumatic systems, and vacuum solutions.
• Translate complex specs into clear sourcing strategies with reliability and cost goals.
• Define and execute sourcing strategies aligned with roadmaps and cost-reduction targets.
• Travel to supplier sites domestically and internationally (≈25%).
