Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. seeks an experienced Intercompany Planning Manager to oversee intercompany supply, demand, and financial flows across the Lindt US organization.

You will forecast, balance inventory, and govern planning processes, partnering with Finance, Operations, and regional teams. The role is hybrid, with three days per week at the Stratham, NH corporate office, requiring collaboration across global and US entities to drive accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in supply chain planning, S&OP or intercompany operations.
• Strong knowledge of global supply networks, transfer pricing, and intercompany accounting.
• Experience with SAP/IBP and other ERP planning tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end intercompany planning across US distribution network.
• Own intercompany S&OP and S&OE processes, coordinating manufacturing, distribution, and commercial teams.
• Maintain intercompany demand signals and supply plans in planning systems.
• Monitor and resolve intercompany supply constraints, capacity issues, and fulfillment risks.
• Develop and maintain standardized intercompany planning policies, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
• Lead root-cause analysis for service failures and inventory variances.
• Partner with Finance to ensure accurate transfer pricing and month-end close.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Trade Compliance for cross-border movements.
• Drive continuous improvement of intercompany processes and data quality.
