Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in supply chain planning, S&OP, or intercompany operations.
• Strong knowledge of global supply networks, transfer pricing, and intercompany accounting.
• Proficiency with advanced planning systems and ERP platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end intercompany planning including demand forecasting and inventory balancing.
• Own intercompany S&OP/S&OE processes ensuring cross-site alignment.
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Compliance on transfers and cost flows.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning systems and governance.
• Provide leadership and coaching across global teams.
