Job summary

PwC seeks an International Tax - Insurance Manager to advise on cross-border tax planning, compliance, and strategy for multinational insurance clients. You will lead teams, review deliverables, and manage workstreams across planning, budgeting, and execution.

In this role, you will address BEPS concerns, intercompany tax issues, and global operating models while mentoring junior staff and expanding trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience.
• CPA, Bar, or other tax/finance credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Advise multinational insurance clients on cross-border tax planning, structuring, and compliance.
• Analyze international tax laws, treaty positions, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead client service workstreams for international tax engagements, including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery timelines.
• Review tax research, calculations, provisions, and documentation prepared by team members for technical accuracy.
• Mentor junior staff and provide feedback through reviews and day-to-day direction.
