Job summary

PwC seeks an International Tax - Insurance Manager to advise clients on cross-border tax planning, compliance, and strategy for multinational insurance businesses. You will lead teams, coach junior staff, and manage workstreams across planning, budgeting, and execution with an emphasis on global tax positions.

You will review complex deliverables, apply BEPS and CFC concepts, and develop practical solutions for intercompany arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience.
• CPA, Bar, or equivalent credentials may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Advising multinational insurance clients on cross-border tax planning, structuring, and compliance.
• Analyzing international tax laws, treaty positions, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities.
• Leading client service workstreams across planning, budgeting, execution and delivery timelines.
• Reviewing tax research, calculations, provisions, and documentation for technical accuracy.
• Guiding teams through CFC rules, foreign tax credits, BEPS and tax restructuring.
• Developing solutions for global operating models and intercompany arrangements.
• Coordinating tax disclosures and filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coaching junior professionals and providing feedback during reviews.
• Identifying opportunities to improve tax processes and leverage digital tools.
• Building trusted client relationships through clear communication and technical insight.
