Job summary

You will lead and coach teams, manage client service workstreams across planning, budgeting, and execution, review technical deliverables, and leverage digital tools to improve processes while building trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience required.
• CPA or Bar or other credentials may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Advising multinational insurance clients on cross-border tax planning, structuring, and compliance matters.
• Analyzing international tax laws, treaty positions, and regulatory changes to identify risks and planning opportunities.
• Leading client service workstreams for international tax engagements across planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Reviewing tax research, calculations, provisions, and documentation for technical accuracy and consistency.
• Guiding teams through CFC rules, foreign tax credits, BEPS considerations, and tax restructuring matters.
• Developing practical solutions for global operating models, intercompany arrangements, and transaction-driven issues.
• Coordinating preparation of tax disclosures, filings, and supporting documentation across jurisdictions.
• Coaching junior professionals, providing feedback, and building skills through reviews.
• Identifying opportunities to improve tax processes and leverage digital tools.
• Building trusted client relationships through clear communication and technical insight.
