Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience in tax.
• CPA or Bar or similar credentials may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Advising multinational insurance clients on cross-border tax planning, structuring, and compliance matters.
• Analyzing international tax laws, treaty positions, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities.
• Leading client service workstreams for international tax engagements, including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery timelines.
• Reviewing tax research, calculations, provisions, and documentation for technical accuracy.
• Guiding teams through CFC rules, foreign tax credits, BEPS, and tax restructuring matters.
• Developing practical solutions for global operating models and intercompany arrangements.
• Coordinating preparation of tax disclosures and filings across jurisdictions.
• Coaching junior professionals and providing feedback in review discussions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve tax processes and leverage digital tools.
• Building trusted client relationships through clear communication and technical insight.
