Job summary

KKR is seeking a Compensation Lead to drive compensation strategy across Insurance (Global Atlantic), Global Client Solutions, and GMAA. You will partner with Human Capital and senior leaders to implement comprehensive compensation programs, benchmark against markets, and ensure program compliance across the firm.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

6–10 years of compensation experience.
Bachelor's degree required, with a focus in Human Resources or Business Administration/Finance preferred.
Experience in complex, dynamic organizations, preferably financial services with multiple business groups.
Strong analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Consultative and collaborative communication across levels.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies including AI tools.

Responsibilities

Execute the annual compensation planning process with business leaders and Human Capital.
Conduct market benchmarking analyses to ensure market-competitive compensation.
Prepare analyses and manage compensation-related projects and reporting.
Coordinate with Compensation team to align firmwide philosophy and initiatives.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive offer packages.
Ensure compliance with federal/state employment-related requirements and trends.
