Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Client Service Delivery Specialist for its Global Broking Centre. The role blends hybrid work and collaboration with London/Chelmsford teams, focusing on managing complex placements and policy documentation. You will support brokers, liaise with underwriters, and drive improvements across service delivery.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, insurance industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills to support global clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in processing insurance placements.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Understanding of insurance risk and actuarial principles preferred.
• Excellent listening, organisation and presentation abilities.
• Strong communication and personable interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge and adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with broking teams on large, global insurance contracts.
• Use technical systems and offshore partners to produce policy documents and invoices.
• Provide SME placement advice to brokers as required.
• Liaise with underwriters and share best practices.
• Present ideas on process improvements and monitor risk life cycle.
• Collaborate with Client Service Delivery colleagues to meet targets.
