Are you a claims professional, ideally with knowledge of London Market claims processes and procedures? Are you excited to join a claims team that handles Crisis Management (Terrorism, Kidnap and Ransom and more) claims on behalf of some of the world's most recognised organisations?

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with claims from First Notification of Loss to resolution.
• Experience of, or ability to quickly learn the CLASS and ECF Processing systems
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• A-level or equivalent and Cert CII desirable

Responsibilities

• Dealing with first notification of claims and understanding / learning about the scope of coverages in place
• Dealing with markets, client and placement teams, network offices, underwriters and appointed third parties (loss adjusters, lawyers etc)
• Help facilitate and follow up on the payment and settlement of claims for clients with underwriters
• Coordinate discussions, meetings and technical support to facilitate a superior level of communication between the client, underwriter and their representatives concerning the handling and settlement of claims
• Conduct data analysis to establish the claims history for a particular client or business portfolio, and to identify trends and patterns in claims for a client or business segment
• Liaison with other teams as necessary to ensure sharing of relevant information and any other tasks that Aon and your line manager might reasonably require
