Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC seeks a Senior Insurance Claims Manager, Global to lead international claims across its portfolio. You will manage complex property, liability, and environmental claims, coordinate with insurers and internal teams, and drive risk-based improvements across sites worldwide.

The role requires strong analytical, forensic, and leadership skills to reduce costs and improve resilience within a fast-paced data-center environment. Base travel up to 5% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk/engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in claims management, risk engineering, loss control, or related field.
• Experience managing large property and casualty claims with insurers, brokers, and adjusters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global owner of insured and uninsured claims across portfolio.
• Develop claim strategies to maximize recoveries and minimize total cost of risk.
• Lead loss control program to reduce loss frequency and severity across sites.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, legal, finance, and carriers to drive timely claim resolution.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on claim performance and risk engineering progress.
