Based in Denver, CO with a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days flexible), the position focuses on advancing loss control, risk engineering, and site resilience programs to reduce frequency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or Engineering.
• Experience in insurance claims management across property, casualty, auto and liability.
• Ability to lead risk engineering initiatives and loss control programs.

Responsibilities

• Own global insured and uninsured claims and coordinate with adjusters, counsel, and carriers.
• Develop claim strategies to maximize recoveries and reduce total cost of risk.
• Lead loss control and risk reduction programs with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor claim trends, prepare status reports, and provide financial forecasts.
