Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of client services experience required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to attend meetings and comply with policies.

• Understand insurance brokerage business, client servicing processes, and Lockton capabilities through training and practice.
• Research insurance industry trends and regulations.
• Support Account Managers by initiating new client processes and collecting documentation.
