AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Global/US Senior Director, Insights, Analytics & Forecasting to lead an integrated function that shapes strategy, quantifies opportunities and risks, and drives better business decisions across the TA/brand portfolio.

The role combines analytical depth, executive influence and transformational leadership to turn insight into action, strengthening performance and building future-ready capability through AI, digital innovation and talent development.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in science, business or a related field.
Significant pharmaceutical industry experience, including commercial strategy, insights, analytics or forecasting.
Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams across Insights, Analytics and Forecasting.
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and ability to shape portfolio and brand decisions.
Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and translating analysis into action.
Experience leading change, transformation and capability building at scale.
Experience with AI-enabled analytics, digital tools and modern data ecosystems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and develop others.
6-8 years of relevant experience.
