Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or health-related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in global pharmaceutical forecasting.
• Experience supporting business development evaluations or due diligence.
• Hands-on model ownership across short- and long-term horizons.
• Expertise in scenario-based forecasting and driver-based narratives.
• Strong use of diverse data sources to build decision-grade forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead global short- and long-term demand forecasts for ID assets.
• Own forecast methodology, governance, and assumptions.
• Develop forecasts for early- and late-stage assets to support decisions.
• Use market research, epidemiology, real-world evidence, and other data to inform forecasts.
• Identify risks and opportunities via scenario analyses.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align assumptions.
• Lead forecasting and commercial case development for BD opportunities.
• Translate evidence into transparent assumptions and recommendations.
• Champion AI and automation in forecasting workflows.
