Qualifications

  • Experience leading change, transformation and capability building at scale.
  • Experience with AI-enabled analytics, digital tools and modern data ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and develop others.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience.

It combines analytical depth, executive influence and transformational leadership to turn insight into action, strengthen performance, and build future-ready capability through AI, digitalinnovationand talent development.

Team Overview

This role leads the US and GlobalTA / brandInsights, Analytics & Forecasting team,includingBusinessInsights, Advanced Analytics and Forecasting specialists.

The team is accountable for:

  • Providean externally anchored view of markets,patientsand competitors
  • Turn data into clear strategic choices and business recommendations
  • Quantify opportunities and risks through forecasting and scenario planning
  • Embed AI,automationand digital capability to improve speed and impact

As a strategic partner to Commercial VPs and cross-functional leaders, this role ensuresinsights driveportfolio strategy and in-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the Integrated IA&F Function

  • Lead Insights, Analytics and Forecasting as one integrated organisation with clear accountability and strong delivery
  • Build a high-performing team and develop future leaders across all three capability areas

Essential Requirements

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $218,329 to $327,494. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles),to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
