Ladders is seeking a Director, Global Insights - Rare Disease - Remote to lead the insights function guiding strategic decisions across the product lifecycle in a highly specialized therapeutic area.

The role partners with commercial leaders, senior stakeholders, and external vendors to translate market signals, primary research, and secondary analysis into clear recommendations, supporting business planning and evidence-based decision-making in a global, remote environment.

Qualifikationen

Doctorate or Master's with relevant market research experience.
Experience leading teams or projects in market insights.
Strong understanding of drug development and commercialization.
