Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the success of customer briefings at the Chicago Innovation Center.
• Serve as main contact for Account Teams throughout planning and briefings.
• Strategize with Account Teams on agenda, flow, and speakers.
• Collaborate to understand Customer and Sales objectives.
• Identify, secure, and prepare Salesforce executives for briefings.
• Work with SMEs on product positioning for briefings.
• Coordinate logistics: requests, scheduling, catering, room readiness.
