• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in product development, innovation, brand management, commercialization, or PM within CPG/beauty.
• Experience managing multi-country/global product pipelines, artwork processes, packaging updates, regulatory approvals, or SKU renovations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage new product innovation and SKU renovations through stage-gate process with tracked milestones, owners, risks, and timelines.
• Own and maintain project briefs, pipeline trackers, launch checklists, and status reporting for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate artwork development and approval workflows across creative, regulatory, R&D, operations, and print/production partners.
• Ensure packaging copy, claims, ingredient listings, compliance, and market adaptations are reflected before release to print.
• Partner with Brand, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory, Finance, and regional/local teams to keep projects on time, on spec, and commercially ready.
• Support global commercialization planning by balancing consistency across markets with local regulatory, language, packaging, and launch timing needs.
