Job summary

Moove AV is seeking a Director of Infrastructure Delivery to lead the design, construction, and rollout of critical infrastructure for rapid market expansion. You will guide multi-site deployments, integrate EV charging and electrical systems, and ensure safety, budget, and schedule targets are met.

This role demands executive communication, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical construction management role in EV charging or related infrastructure.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience; electrical engineering degree preferred.
• Ability to review architectural/civil drawings and electrical diagrams.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure project management and multi-site deployments.
• Strong financial acumen including budget forecasting and CapEx oversight.
• Mastery of project management concepts including CPM scheduling.
• Exceptional executive communication skills for senior leadership.
• Ability to work autonomously and operate strategically in a decentralized organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure delivery across the portfolio from pre-construction through commissioning and launch.
• Develop and train staff on site concepts and layouts that integrate EV charging equipment and electrical infrastructure.
• Oversee portfolio of concurrent deployments across multiple markets and manage risks, schedule, budget, safety and quality.
• Build scalable delivery organization with processes, standards, tools, and governance.
• Provide leadership of construction execution, permitting, zoning, procurement, contractor management, commissioning, and turnover.
• Coach and develop Infrastructure Delivery Managers and build a high-performing team.
• Establish and manage relationships with general contractors, design-build partners, and other delivery partners.
• Own project-level CapEx budgeting, forecasting, schedule performance, change management, and quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate expansion plans into executable infrastructure.
• Use lessons learned to improve standards and speed as the organization scales.
