Job summary

Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is seeking a Cyber Security Engineering Architect to shape enterprise-wide security architecture from an Cleveland-based hybrid role. You will design, implement, and govern security across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Lead security risk assessments, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and testing programs, while mentoring other engineers and translating technical risk into business terms for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and governing enterprise security architecture across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Strong expertise in identity and access management, network and platform security, encryption, and system hardening.
• Experience leading risk assessments, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and penetration testing programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern a resilient security posture across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
• Provide technical leadership across key security domains, including IAM, network and platform security, encryption, logging, and system hardening
• Lead and oversee security risk assessments, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and penetration testing activities
• Translate assessment findings into prioritized remediation plans aligned to business risk and operational impact
• Deploy and manage cloud-native and enterprise security tools to monitor, detect, and remediate threats
• Partner with IT and security teams to ensure architecture decisions support both security and business objectives
• Stay current on evolving threats, security architecture trends, and emerging tools/technologies
• Guide and mentor other security engineers on architecture best practices
