Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Demonstrated category management leadership in construction, capital projects, real estate, or facilities.
Strong commercial expertise in construction contracting, negotiations, and EPC/PMC/Design-Build delivery models.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain a multi year global category strategy for infrastructure and construction aligned to the capital plan and GWI priorities.
Own the framework for selecting delivery models (EPC/PMC/design-build) balancing cost, schedule, risk, and control.
Lead supplier portfolio design, segmentation, and strategic supplier performance management across regions.
