Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Senior Category Manager to lead the commercial delivery of multi-million-dollar Ops construction projects across the region. You will own end-to-end sourcing, develop and execute strategies with Real Estate, Design & Construction, and Engineering Services, and deliver measurable cost savings while driving sustainability and supplier diversity.

Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in indirect procurement, including professional services or vendor management.
• 7+ years of negotiations, cost savings, and risk mitigation.
• 5+ years construction management or working with general contractors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial delivery of multi-million-dollar GC construction projects.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive competition and savings.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Design & Construction, and Engineering Services.
• Manage supplier lifecycle including performance and should-cost analyses.
• Provide data-driven market intelligence to inform roadmap decisions.
• Define and track KPIs; drive continuous process improvement.
• Travel up to 10% for site visits and reviews.
