Qualifications
Proven ability to run mission-critical, global IT Infrastructure operations.
Strong grasp of SRE principles, automation, observability, and resilience engineering.
Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM tools.
Familiar with enterprise-grade systems including Okta and M365.
Skilled at managing OPEX budgets and vendor contracts.
Responsibilities
Lead global 24 × 7 infrastructure operations.
Drive root cause analysis following significant incidents.
Implement corrective actions and operational improvements.
Maintain operational documentation and post-incident reporting.
Oversee infrastructure changes according to change management processes.
