A leading sports and entertainment company is seeking an Operations Shift Lead to manage the day-to-day execution of global infrastructure services. This role ensures operational stability across various platforms in a dynamic environment. Qualifications

• Proven ability to run mission-critical, global IT Infrastructure operations.
• Strong grasp of SRE principles, automation, observability, and resilience engineering.
• Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM tools.
• Familiar with enterprise-grade systems including Okta and M365.
• Skilled at managing OPEX budgets and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead global 24 × 7 infrastructure operations.
• Drive root cause analysis following significant incidents.
• Implement corrective actions and operational improvements.
• Maintain operational documentation and post-incident reporting.
• Oversee infrastructure changes according to change management processes.
