The Global Information Governance Operations Project Lead is an integral part of Latham’s Global Information Governance (IG) team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the review and processing of information destruction requests that involve protective orders, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), clawback obligations, and other legal or contractual restrictions. In addition, the role will assist IG staff across the firm with the review, organization and management of information, while supporting other projects and initiatives handled by the IG Operations Center team, including participation in virtual teams. This role will be located in our Washington, DC office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence after the first two weeks of employment.
