Job summary

Latham & Watkins LLP in Washington, DC is seeking a Global Information Governance Operations Project Lead to support the IG team with review, organization, retention, and disposition of information. The role sits in the IG Operations Center and may offer hybrid/in-office work after two weeks.

You will collaborate with Technology to run IG reviews and advise on data privacy, security, and risk management. Required: a bachelors degree, 5+ years in records/information management, 2+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• CRM/IGP/CIPP certification desirable.
• Minimum five years of records/information management experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Support IG staff with review, organization, retention and disposition of information.
• Coordinate with Technology to configure IG-related reviews.
• Provide centrally coordinated support to IG Operations departments.
• Manage or contribute to global file intake, release and disposition projects.
• Advise attorneys on information management, data privacy and security.
• Support records retention projects and communicate with clients about disposition.
