A leading tire manufacturer is seeking a Senior Industrialization Engineer to ensure industrialization excellence across multiple manufacturing sites. This role involves leading complex initiatives in hydraulic hose manufacturing, driving continuous improvement, and providing technical expertise for the successful execution of products. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in Process Engineering, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. The position also requires domestic travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of extensive experience in Process and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in rubber and plastic production processes.
• Proficient in English and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end industrialization of new products.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve processes.
• Support PPI Leadership with performance reporting and compliance.
