Qualifications
7+ years of extensive experience in Process and Manufacturing Engineering.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in rubber and plastic production processes.
Proficient in English and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end industrialization of new products.
Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve processes.
Support PPI Leadership with performance reporting and compliance.
