Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed and verified prior to start.
• Five (5) years of sales training experience in a private, public, industrial, government or military environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence others to positive action and goal attainment.
• Robust attention to the details without losing sight of the big picture.
• Self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment and manage change/ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs for new and existing sales employees, as well as customers.
• Support training across multiple business areas and divisions.
• Create engaging learning experiences that build product knowledge, sales skills, and business acumen.
• Facilitate instructor-led training, virtual sessions, workshops, and other development programs.
• Partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and priorities.
