Job summary

LGC Group is seeking a Commercial Training & Development Specialist to lead sales training and development activities, including product training and strategic selling programs. The role supports annual sales meetings and ongoing educational opportunities, in coordination with commercial and marketing leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales training experience or equivalent background.
• Korn Ferry/Miller Heiman certification preferred
• Experience with Learning Management Systems

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions (Korn Ferry/Miller Heiman) and LAMP.
• Coordinate classroom logistics and virtual training for sales meetings and product updates.
• Design and develop curriculum for E-Learning, virtual and in-person delivery.
• Administer and maintain the Commercial LMS.
• Develop training materials and communications for Salesforce usage and updates.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to assess training needs and implement initiatives.
• Maintain global mindset to adapt training to geographic differences.
• Measure sales competencies and performance; report findings.
• Lead project-management for training deliverables and milestones.
