Eaton’s Electrical Sector is seeking a Senior Strategy & Business Development Manager – Global Industrial Segment. The role is hybrid and can be based at Beachwood OH (preferred), Moon Township PA, Milwaukee WI, Syracuse NY, or Asheville NC.

Relocation is offered to Cleveland, OH. The Senior Manager will lead cross-functional growth initiatives, assess new markets and geographies, and drive profitability for a multi-billion-dollar business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in related strategic roles (consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product management, or corporate development).
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience using strategic frameworks and analytical tools and conducting analyses in strategic planning or product management.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in energy or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning efforts for Electrical Sector and Divisions.
• Identify growth opportunities with segment leadership and prioritize initiatives.
• Analyze target markets, competitive positioning, and investment requirements.
• Develop strategic business cases and acquisition pipelines.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Corporate Development on deal modeling and negotiations.
• Assist with M&A tools and processes across business units.
• Coordinate strategy for segments, product lines, and manufacturing footprint.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and assess market dynamics and sector performance.
