Job summary

AMSOIL INC. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin seeks a Customer Service Coordinator II to support Industrial and International sales. You will handle customer communications, process orders, coordinate logistics, and collaborate with operations, production, and distribution to meet customer needs.

The role reports to the Milwaukee facility and operates Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with benefits including PTO, holidays, 401(k), health plans, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate professionally with a variety of audiences, both in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct customer support domestically and internationally during product acquisition.
• Respond to questions about orders, pricing, and shipments.
• Coordinate inventory needs with operations, production, and distribution.
