Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a Direct Sourcing Lead to drive global sourcing strategy for key categories in the Single Use Technologies unit. The role supports Cytiva manufacturing sites worldwide and reports to the Director, Strategic Sourcing in a on-site capacity at Duncan.

The candidate will negotiate pricing, manage supplier relationships, and lead cost-reduction initiatives with cross-functional teams while promoting sustainability across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business field.
• 3+ years’ experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Experience developing/maintaining global sourcing strategies.
• Ability to negotiate pricing/contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Travel up to 1-2 times per quarter in USA/Europe.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain global sourcing strategy for 1-3 categories in Single Use Technologies.
• Support site buyers and quality team with supplier escalations.
• Negotiate pricing and contract language with key local and global suppliers.
• Deliver cost reduction targets through cross-functional collaboration.
• Promote sustainability in supplier selection.
